A trail’s color helps you recognize it, but read the written multiplier and current offer to decide whether to buy. Check whether the purchase fits the training you want to improve and the budget you have available now.
Find the Trail Shop near the hub
Look for the Trail Shop sign in the green central area when you return from a crate run. Visit when you are free to read the menu. Comparing purchases is easier after delivery than while you are still carrying a crate home.
Open the shop and inspect the options. Grey, Green and Blue are examples from the early menu that you can recognize by name and color. Look through your current menu as well; those three examples do not describe the entire trail list.

Read the whole row. Cash and Robux are different payment choices, even when they appear on the same card. Compare the larger multiplier with its current cost and your available money before choosing how to pay.
Check the result in your training session
After buying, inspect the trail state in your interface and confirm which trail you are using. Return to the treadmill and watch your Speed counter during a training session so you can compare it with your previous setup.
Keep the treadmill upgrade state the same for that comparison. It gives you a way to judge your progress without guessing a formula for every trail and upgrade combination. Change one part of the setup at a time when you want to tell what made the difference.
The cards advertise a Speed effect. Do not turn that text into a stacking rule for several trails, a measurement of physical movement or a guarantee that one counter value will get you home. The speed training guide explains how to test the next route.
Compare a trail with the next treadmill offer
If you can afford only one improvement, read the treadmill offer as well as the trail cards. Choose with your current training setup in mind, comparing what each offer says and what you can spend on it.

If a full treasure display is stopping you, check base capacity first. A trail purchase helps with training; it does not resolve the plot warning that prevents you from placing a new item. Spend on the obstacle you are trying to clear.
